RETURN POLICY

60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We are proud of our products here at BULLET BITES™, therefore we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase.  If you are unhappy with your BULLET BITES™ Products, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact bulletbites2023@gmail.com for additional tips and tricks to improve your experience.

2. If you are still not satisfied, cut your BULLET BITES™ in half, take a photo, and email the photo to bulletbites2023@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase. Please include your Order number in the email.

3. The refund process may take several days for the funds to appear back in your original form of payment.

Note: BULLET BITES™ can only provide a money-back guarantee for one unit.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for used defective BULLET BITES™ Products are available if the item is deemed defective or damaged.  BULLET BITES™ will only replace the item once per customer.  To request an exchange, please email (bulletbites2023@gmail.com) a photo of the defective or damaged product along with your order number. A replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS

  1. You have the option to request a refund and cancel your order until the shipment tracking number has been provided.  Please note the following details regarding the refund process:

    1. Requesting a refund: If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you need to send an email to bulletbites2023@gmail.com expressing your intent to cancel the order.  Please include relevant information about your order in the email.

    2. Refund calculation: The refund amount is determined by subtracting a transaction fee of 5% of the order value from the total transaction value.

    3. Time limit for cancellation: Once you have received the shipment tracking number, it is no longer possible to cancel your order and request a refund.

    4. Please ensure that you contact bulletbites2023@gmail.com promptly with your cancellation request before the tracking number is issued to initiate the refund process.
